I think that every day is a chance to pull it together, even if the last day, week, month, year... whatever... wasn't the best. Just keep on keepin on!
I had a bit of a false start and it's taken me this long to get myself back together. It's hard but it's possible. Tell yourself to start right now, no matter what you've eaten today. Don;t give yourself the opportunity to not by waiting.
January is NOT the only month where people can get themselves together and act better. I am fact am not doing a good job of that either. So here is to all the other months!
Girl, who says January gets people's acts together? :) We just resolve to get it together. Doesn't mean we DO?

I lost it in January too. I started back Nov. 15 and lost 18lbs, but in the last two weeks I've gained back 4lbs. I hope to get it together soon:)
