Embracing the journey to lose weight and beat PCOS.
I love your costume :) Sorry to hear that you are still having a hard time. I've been there for the past few months. Not sure if anything has changed yet, but I've been trying to make some headway. I hope that you find some light at the end of the tunnel soon.
You look so cute:) At least it's only one pound, the last time I was depressed I gained 50. Just stop it now. If you need a little extra help here's a link to a weight loss forum that I visit offen. http://www.fit4lifefriends.com It's small but cozy:)
I've always wanted to go to an 80's party. So much fun. So much bad taste. Wishing you all the best getting out of the space you're in. :(
Im so sorry youre still feeling that was as well.and feel even worse now saying how great the pics are :) and what memories they brought back for me!you know where to find me if you think I might be able to lend a hand...
You ladies were rockin' the side pony! Looks like a great party!
You do look great in the pics. :) I hope you have some help and will feel better soon!
Just don't give up... a pound is just a pound... (i know, i've got a lot of them!)i'm getting depressed too... a few months later than usual but... stick with it chickie!
I loved your outfit! You totally could have pulled off the side pony tail too. Regarding your depressed state, I wish I had some super advice that would pull you up out of that dark lonesome, self defaeting hole that you're in but all I can do is stand at the opening and cheer for you, hope that you hear me and make your way back out. You have so much on your mind regarding your health, weight and try to concieve, it's so wonder you're a bit unbalanced, hormonally speaking. I hope you find that balance soon. I've been pulling for you since the very beginning and I have faith that you still can and will do this.
Try keeping a gratitude journal, it helps you to focus on the positive things which helps your dendrites in your brain grow, which encourages a positive attitude. My friend was in a bad state last year and she started a gratitude journal which encouraged some of our friends to do the same thing. Write anything that you are grateful for down, even if its only one thing each day!Hope you feel better soon!!
You're almost at the one month mark with no posts. Even of you're still havign a hard time, check in with use and let us know! Maybe it will help you get on track?
Hope you're okay even though we haven't heard from you. I'm doing a clear out of my links for people who haven't updated in a month and you're on it! Sorry. If you start updating I'll put you back on though!Let us know how you're doing!
That party looked like so much fun and you looked really beautiful. One pound is nothing to fret about, especially since you have been celebrating. It will come off!jenBoda weight loss Blog
Found your link from another blog and glad I stopped by! Firstly you rocked in the pics! You looked gorgeous.I know all too well about the pouring rain feeling. I am sure we can all relate. I agree with the above comment, write down all the things you are grateful for, I have many times and it does make you realise life is quite good at times. I am in my second marriage and we tried to conceive also, my weight is a big factor along with POCS. We all have so much to live for and sign and dance about. We just need to reinforce it at times. When I get down, I give myself a couple of days and then I kick my own butt, get off the bed and kick down the door. We can do ANYTHING we put our minds too and that includes allowing ourselves to stay down. You are a strong woman, I can see that from your blog. Nothing can keep you down or on track if you don't let it. Keep going! You can do this!
I love the makeup, you look gorgeous! Fun costume, too.
