Hey! I just got back on vacation and your blog was one of the first places I checked! Seems like you're in a bit of a slump for the past few weeks. I can't really guess what the problem is from your blog as I don't really know what you're doing every day but be sure you're being real with youself. Get out the measuring spoons/cups again to make sure your portions are in check. Track every calorie (if that's what you started doing) again to see what you're really eating. When you exercise or walk make sure you're pushing yourself. Make sure you're sweaty. Make sure you're heart rate is really up there. Make sure that that 30 minutes doesn't slip to 25 minutes then 20. Don't cheat yourself.
If you really are being real with yourself and are working hard and have just hit a big ole plateau then have some peace in knowing that this too, shall pass. YĆ³ur weight loss journey is a marathon, not a sprint, this will take time and you will have some ups and downs. Keep it up and you'll be in a downward motion again soon!
I've been in a major funk too. It's an awful feeling. I'm trying to think "One day at a time." Sometimes it's "One minute at a time." You'll pull through!
326 is still much better than 360! It's always hard when you get into a funk. As long as you keep at it youll start melting again soon!
